overrated - not too sure but maybe fight night round 3. i just didnt get it. i thought fear was only ok and it seemed to get a 9 or so out of ten. i also thought prey was a little over rated. the multplayer was crap but the single player wasnt too bad.
as for underated games i think kameo takes the cake. i really enjoyed that game and it could have easily been a 9 or so out of ten. it was like a mario for adults. condemned was great. but it wasnt ripped too bad. saints row was a blast and had multiplayer too. and there is crackdown. i got the demo of crackdown and fell in love. it didnt get too bad ofscores but man with all the new content and all it is hours of fun finding the orbs and getting all the achievements. loved it, cant wait for crackdown 2 with multiplayer..... please!!! also shadowrun. i absolutely love that game. i know maybe it should have been less money but i really dont care if there is no single player game as the multiplayer / team aspect is amazing. not since rainbow six 3 black arrowon original xbox has there been such a great team game.
Ok people how the HELL can you call Halo 3 overrated if its not even out yet? It hasnt even been RATED hence it cant be overrated. Im not that big a fan of the Halo games but calling Halo 3 overrated is just stupid.
Overrated : Gears of War, no doubt about it. I own the game too, and I've learned my lesson. If there's too much hype, rent it first. Runner-up : Forza 2.
Underrated : Geometry Wars. Most fun I've had with my 360 so far. Runner-up : Kameo.
people are annoying...gears is nearly perfect, it revolutionized shooting games, the gameplay is unbelevable. it's the only 360 game i own and i have played it non-stop for a month and a half. people complaining about it is just stupid. yaa there are a few problems but every game will have some and overexagerating everything like host advantage is pointless. And noeitseems llike if you don't do it than your not cool. its so dumb

Perfect Dark Zero is by far the most overrated. It had ugly, unrealistic and plasticy graphics and lame repetative gameplay. The campaign was horribly written and just seemed pointless. I think it got high reviews just because the reviewers got over excited about next-gen when it was released.
Underrated I'm going to have to give to Shadowrun. While I do agree with most of the points the review makes, I just can't put the game down, and am having the most fun I've had online in forever. Something I can have so much fun playing deserves higher.

That's not it at all, I am just one level away from beating the game on Insane by myself, That's the problem it has been like that for a long time, not cuz I can't beat it, but because I dont' want to, I havent missed it. After you beat it twice what is the sense? I think gears is overated because it has no replay value. I did like it at first and thought it was a great game, but since I haven't played it. I played it online and was decent at it, but It just didn't hold my attention. So don't say that people suck at it is why it is overated, It's just because they think it is overated.

First off, its a matter of opinion it does not mean that a person has a different system or has not played the game. Just because you like it so much does not mean that another person will like it as much as you do. I say Halo 3 is and will be overrated because it has always been overrated from the beginning. The difference now is that unlike before there are a lot more FPS out to compete so Halo better be phenominal this time because it is a very tough market for FPS games this time around.

People don't care if they suck at GRAW,cuz it's an old game and a new one's out.I'm saying that gears is the best game to date,and people who suck at it are angry cuz they don't get it,it's not that hard though,but some personalities can't change.
