Okay , I just got done playing The Darkness and Bioshock back to back and let me tell you , The Darkness was far more enjoyable to me .. Dont get me wrong , Bioshock was a decent game , but I found it to be a tad overrated considering all the awards and raving reviews ... The Darkness is easily the most underrated game this decade to me ... What are your thoughts ?? What did you find to be highly overrated and very underappreciated ??

The Darkness was one of the most memorable gameplay experiences of my life, start to finish amazing. Bioshock was great too but I'm with you on this one 100%.
Over rated: Call of Akimbo 1887s: Modern Campingfornukes (mw 2 if didn't get it..)
Campaign was too short and loose and the multiplayer is unbalanced...
Under Rated: Far Cry 2
Great single player that gives you more freedom in choosing how to deal with enemies (Mortars, dart rifles, flamethrowers, ets) which kicks call of duties linear singleplayer ass
Starcraft is a good game, but in no way does it warrant an entire country that worships it. Kirby Air Ride got a 5.0 on GS. The game had no flaws andcapitalized that anyone could play with it's easy controls, GS used the excuse that the controls were too simple to give the game a 5.0.
Overrated - Modern Warfare 2. Sadly to say, I have grown to dislike the camping and the glitching so much that I don't ever consider putting the disk in to see if I find maybe one good room. There are so many things about that game that are not balanced it's disgusting.
Underrated - Shadowrun. This is the game that got me into FPS, and enjoy cannot be said about the greatness of this game. I must have played over 700 matches, matches could last up to 45 minutes. Great twist on FPS and the possibilities were pretty limitless when different people used their different abilities in a gun fight. It also has the best pistol in a game to date.
I think most people here realize that CODMW2 is overrated. The game is way to unbalanced among its many other problems.With that being said i think the most overrated game is the Halo series after halo 3
Most underrated tales of vesperia. just a great game great story. it not up there with losy oddesseyor mass effect imo but it is still a very good rpg.
Overrated : Bioshock (extremely repetitive after first hour), Fable 2, anything Halo, and Mass Effect (combat was just terrible) Underrated: The Darkness, BF:BC, The Orange Box (how this game didn't get a perfect 10 is beyond me) and Crackdown
