Gun. Not enough recognition either.Thorpe89
Gun's gameplay and story were good.. but graphics were horrible for 360.
You guys are all wrong. It's Earth Defense Force 2017.mandrew913
Agreed 100%. Best $39.99 I've ever spent.

I actually got it for $22 from GameFly. You can get brand new $60 from them for $40.
With a gamespot score of 8.5 and an average user score of 8.2 I'd have to say The Darkness.
Yeh, it didn't re-invent the FPS genre but as an experience it's the finest I've had so far on the 360. Adult story, humour, violence, superb voice acting and in 1080P it looks as heavenly as Salma Hayek in From Dusk Till Dawn. (well almost)
i agree with saints row, but i think dead rising is also very underated just because of one problem (the save system)SaintsRowSam
Same here, and I think it's a problem you can get through, it's hard at the beggining (I started the game 5 times in a row :P) but it's not that annoying once you get used to it.

DOOBIVOOS
Yeah, I just got the game a couple days back because I played it at a friend's house, definitely a great experience, and it does introduce some relatively unique elements... demon powers, anyone?
I would have to say Vampire Rain, A lot of people made up their minds about it before they even got to get into the game. Even by reading gamespots review I can tell they did not play past the 6th Mission. Alot of people thought it was just avoiding the Vampires but there are a lot of missions where you get some stronger weapons and have to take them out. There was also 5 good boss battles. None of this was mentioned in Gamespots review. The gamejust starts off very slow.

it's actually just people nitpicking about the game.
the whole game makes you manage time and make decisions... do you go save this person or investigate that thing? doyou go escort someone or you restock weapons? do you look for helth items or do the next mission...?
but all of a sudden when you put in "save" against any of these choices... the save system is terrible
anyways the most underrated game i played was Condemned. easily one of the best launch titles.
first game i thought was saint row too, damn that game is good
and i dont know if condemned sold well but it seems to be an underated game =/Nasukashi
I Agree on both here. I just traded in a bunch of stuff and had $20 left after paying off madden and gta so i figured i give condemed a shot. Best $17 game i've ever played.
