MP3 Phone+GTA IV+WHERE THE HELL DID IT GO?

I remeber reading an article on GTA IV. It stated that a new feature to the series was to be able to listen to radio stations on foot via an MP3 Phone. I've finished the game but I havent run across it. Did they drop it out?

DAMN! I HATE IT WHEN DEVELOPERS DO THIS KIND OF STUFF! Remember how Mass Effect was about to be released with an interface that allowed you to play as your other Squad-Mates? That was so awsome! Why did they drop it?

How are we freaking out? And why would we mention it if WE would never use it? Don't confuse what you enjoy with what others enjoy.

Furthermore, Grand Theft Auto is the KING of having tons of content that a lot of people will never see - IE the billions of websites. It makes the game more personal, and deep. Sure, I'll never visit all of those websites, but that's because I don't want to. Others will, they'll enjoy it, they'll laugh. Just as I enjoyed watching the fake TV shows that I'm sure a lot of people didn't ever use.. but I enjoyed it. That's what it's all about. Doing and using what you want. A lot of people love the radio commentary, including me. And sometimes it's annoying that you can only hear in the car. This phone would have been a great addition, at least from my perspective. Just because it wouldn't have been that great for you doesn't change anything.. The world does not revolve around you my friend.
