Which do you like best and why?

Battlefield by a lloooooooooooooooooong shot. Why? Better tactics, better teamplay, insanely better campaign, and just a better studio developing the game(a studio that hasn't gone down the toilet)

Infinity Ward is falling apart. They make money off of the name Call of Duty without backing up the games with good campaign or any attempt to keep hackers out. At least DICE is offering a really good campaign and they tryto keep out the lowlife(even if it doesn't always work).
then use the game recommendation threadBefore you get mad about this thread, I'm just trying to get some feedback on which I should get.

Is BFBC2 out already? I thought it came out on March 2, I guess I was wrong. How can vote on which one is better when one isn't even out yet?
Because when you have a game like MW2,which in my opinion is so bad it's worse than Big Rigs, mostly since the multi-player is so unbalanced and irritating, that it seems the only way you can like it is if you're a sadomasochist, anything can be better than it.Is BFBC2 out already? Im sorry... what? IW is in no way a bad development company at all. There is a reason why the game is still selling very well. If I also recall they have patched the game twice due to hackers/cheaters... And they will continue to patch it. They brought us some of the best FPS out there and they will keep at it until they go under. Which isnt going to happen. Besides BFBC2 isnt even out yet. So how can you tell there going to support the game when glitchers start arriving. Lets watch DICE take just as long as IW when it comes to patching the game. Personally you can't go wrong with either game. If you want more of a lone wolf game go with MW2. If you want something more team based get BFBC2.Am I missing something or did I read this correctly? We're comparing a game that has already come out to a game that has yet to come out? Based on what knowledge? Based on what facts? Based on what personal opinion? Based on how much in game time, be it single player or multiplayer? Am I the only one that is picking this game up on Tuesday or did everybody else get an early copy?
On a side note, Battlefield Bad Company 2.

I'm kind of stunned by such an irrational statement. First, Modern Warfare 2's campaign was amazing, albeit short with the obvious intention of making another sequel, but still very good none the less. Second, no video game company is able to keep all "lowlife(s)" out of their online games. On top of this, Modern Warfare 2 has been updated to improve the game from well known glitches that hinder entertaining online gameplay. They are showing they care about the gamers experience. We all have our opinions, however lets keep the trash talking (of development studios that produce some of the most popular games for the sole purpose of being a rebel) to a minimum. Both games are enjoyable in their own right.Thats a very hard question looking at how good modern warfare 2 is
BFBC 2 i guess even though it didn't come out yet.
i think bad company is better because more team based and stratigic as where COD is a run and gun game that any dumbass can play , not saying its not good its just its formula has been done its called counterstrike . i have MW2 and trading it in im 10th prestige game is way too easy and boring Cod4 was way better, then infinity ward just went overboard with killstreaks and deathstreaks i mean why reward a noob who cant get kills that shows you that they sold this game to mainstream audiance .....
put it this way i like halo and i think its funny how people say they milk the series when COD comes out every year with a new game at least halos got a lasting appeal ODST was just an expansion not a actual full halo game but for some reason people dont see that . yea it was 60 bucks but for the people who dont have all the DLc that was a pretty good deal if you ask me . but back to battlefield they offer more especilly with destruction makes the game that much more realistic and more challanging the vehicles are well balanced you never get that feeling that someone has the upperhand you can always find away to capitalize the situation . my money goes to DICE legendary studio all titles ive loved 1942,battlefield 2 , 2142 , 1943 , bad company ,and from what ive played i am so much more addicted to bad company 2 the demo and beta were more fun than i had with Any cod and i have them all i think this series is way overhyped like halo was years before but atleast halo producesa good game with forge and bungie supports the **** out of the game .i know ive been going off topic and these threads need to stop modern warfare is different to Bad companyPlay the game youlike and just leave it at that , i know the internet loves to argue on which is beter but it goes nowhere fast.thanks for listening to my rant . and i know ive proablly stared an argument because of my opinions but oh well thats how people inturpret my opinion.
im not sure, if bfbc2 has more than one game mode i might go with that...but the controls for mw2 were better than bfbc1 so im not sure

Honestly, I don't get why people say BFBC2 requires more thought and strategy. It's absolute BULL. I DEFINITELY appreciate the change of pace and approach to battle... But that's exactly my point. It's a much slower paced experience. It makes it easy for everybody.
MW2 required way more thought and careful strategy, and it required that you produce these things ON THE FLY as FAST AS YOU CAN (if you wanted to dominate the n00bs that don't understand how to move with the ebb and flow of combat). I'm actually not surprised that many people hate MW2, because it's those very same people that were absolutely horrid in the game. It's always the people on xbox live with 2 kills and 19 deaths that end up saying MW2 sucks. Go figure. I wonder why that is. These are the people that never UNDERSTOOD how to play the game. They ended up playing MW2 just the same way every other FPS plays, and that is exactly why they ended up sucking as bad as they do. They never got how imperative proper cover-usage is (running out in the open, in the middle of a street), they never figured out how to maneuver through areas properly (check, move, cover, check), and they never figured out how it wasn't campers faults, but their own inability and lack of knowledge over HOW to deal with campers.
Honestly, comparing Mw2 and BfBC2 is pretty much apples to oranges. You should all just stop debating this issue and play the game of your choice.
As for me... I'm sorry, all due respect to you BFBC2 fans, but I've been a counterstrike gamer since I was little, and Mw2 generally expands on that same experience I've grown up with.
