SOLUTION to 'Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management'.. this is to anyone still searching for answers to this. go on billing.microsoft.com sing in and change the card from the one that expired to a new one.. they suspended the account because they tried to charge your account twice and it would be illegal to try a third time so just a simple switch of cards online and theres no need for phoning anyone up and dealing with crappy indian customer services.. hope this helped
