Is it normal for the game discs to be super hot when taking them out of the 360? I never leave discs in my system so after playing Forza for about an hour, I took it out of my 360 and was surprised at how hot it was. Is this normal? Is it a sign that my 360 is running too hot?

I've owned my 360 for less than a month so I didn't know if this was normal or not. Do you think with the new falcon revision, the games won't become as hot?

When they set on fire, then you know you have a problem.

They should get a little hot (kinda warm, not really really hot), after all, they are spinning at high speeds inside the drive, that's normal.

Thanks for the responses. I guess it's normal then. My 360 games (Forza and Perfect Dark) were getting much hotter than my other systems and I was afraid that it might cause them to crack or melt or something.
