So I tested out every other game I own, and my Xbox will spin and read the game perfectly whether it be installed or not. The game that won't spin is Tales of Vesperia, although I doubt it's the game's fault. I've tried cleaning the top (box art) part of the disc with those wet wipes, but my X360 still can't spin the disc. I'm thinking it's grime or scratches. Can anyone please help with tips? I really want to play this game, it's been awhile since I've booted it up :(

Perhaps while cleaning the 'art side' of the disk, you accidentally caused some slight damage to it. In reality, it's the underside of the label that stores disk information, and if that side gets damaged, then no amount of 'scratch repair' to the clear 'readable' part of the disk will save it. If every other game will read, then try another copy of the game.

No, cause 17 other game discs do spin and gets read. It's not the drive nor lupus.

I'm saying that the console has difficulty in spinning the disc. It'll try then I hear it choke up from some resistance between whatever spins it and the disc. I want to know what to use to take off grime or whatever it is on the artside of the disc.

Also when I eject the disc tray, I see the disc spin for 2-3 seconds.

It sounds like a hardware (disk drive) issue rather than a game issue. There may not be a lot you can do, other than to have the drive replaced.

Edit: If it's the game and not the drive, the best way to know would be to try that game in another system or get another copy of the game and try that.
