sorry if this was posted in the broken discussion thread.. ok some **** fixed my red rings , just so it could break 3 days later, im sending my console in to microsoft, i didnt realize until i sent it but i DID void my warrenty right? but will they fix it even if i pay for it, he replaced one of the parts need advice real quick thanks..

He opened it and voided your warranty so most likely they'll send it back and it won't be fixed.

I think they would contact you first. Its not like MS to turn down money, lol, assuming they notice that the console was even opened.

they will send back your 360 and will refuse to fix it (even if you pay)... sorry, but your out of luck. You shouldn't have opened the machine.

If the warranty is voided, you can fix the RRoD yourself. It is a surprisingly simple process, too!

.^^^^ This. I've seen several people with voided warranties that report the same thing. I doubt MS would miss the seal being broken, but you can always hope. Good luck.
