naruto and kid games are bringing down 360 rep

Releasing a bunch of FPS games is exactly what xboxshould not do. I don't need 50 different games that are virtually the same clone FPS game over and over.

What they need to do is start branching out and getting some diversity so they can actually be a contender. Thats what the PS3 has/will have. Thats why PS2 won last gen.

They are starting to move in a good direction. Tonnes of Rpg/adventure games are comming out soon (mass effect, two worlds, blue dragon, Fable2, etc. etc.) They need RPG's, adventure, strategy, action games, not cookie cutter FPS games, and then they will rule.

As long as the games are good who cares if they're "kiddy" or not?

If you look at the Playstation 2 you'll see that there is a great diversity of what genre they fall into. Thats why it won last gen. There was always a game for everyone. Even though the console wasn't marketed to younger audiences.

The last thing the 360 should have is a library filled with half-assed fps games. That will ruin the rep of the console more then any amount "kiddy" games ever would. Games are about gameplay not if they appear or sound kiddy.

Plus Viva Pinata isn't a kid game.

Watching Sasuke tell Gaara he will beat him is a whole lot more entertaining when he says it like, "Gaara, you're *&^$-ing mine!" And then blood explodes all over the place. 

i don't see this as bad for the console, really.  i'd rather see a wide variety of games (including "kiddie" games) than just seeing action game after action game after action game.  it makes for a better console.

also, to the first poster, i see you said that PS3 owners will use this against the 360.  who cares?  fanboys ftl.
