So i am on quite a budget as of right now, but was wondering which game I should purchase. I have an extra copy of CoD4 that I can trade in to gamestop for $25. I was wondering, which game I could get for that trade in. As of right now, i'm looking at Condemned 2, Jericho, or Kane & Lynch, which are all less than 20 bucks. I would like your opinion on the 3 games or if you could suggest something else for that price range. Thanks alot guys!
Condemned 2 would scare the crap out of me so bump that. Kane & Lynch stinks by any and all accounts. Jericho was pretty good based on the demo I played so there's my vote.
If you have not played it all the way through then, The Darkness is an absolute must buy. Otherwise, Crackdown, Dead Rising, or maybe trade it in and get some Microsoft points and buy some awesome XBLA games like Lost Cities or Puzzle Quest.
I haven't played any of those 3 games. I have a friend who played Kane & Lynch and said it was good. However, Condemned 2 was, as a whole, reviewed much higher than either of those two games, so I'd recommend Condemned 2.
what is crackdown like? Is it like your GTA style game? Though GTAIV was a good game as a whole, it's just not that fun for me in my own opinion. I have played through the Darkness and that game rocked! Dead Rising really didn't do anything for me either. So far, going with what you guys are saying Jericho or Crackdown.
Did you play through the first Condemned? If not, do that. Condemned 2 was very good although the second half is a bit weak, and I don't know how many people still play the MP. Kane and Lynch was a great game that has gotten a bad rating for reasons it doesn't deserve. Great story, interesting characters, fun coop, and a unique multiplayer mode. One of the most underrated games of last year.
Or you could just go with Crackdown or Dead Rising. Crackdown's got the best coop on the 360, and Dead Rising was the third game I got - it lasted me months without needing other games. Usually a new game lasts maybe 1 month or so, but Dead Rising I have been playing on and off in large binges for over a year now. So I would heartily recommend that.

Crackdown actually is better than GTA4 - GTA4 has a story, and a longer length, but less replay value, and its harder to explore. Dead Rising is off-putting at first: if you want to get into the game, you have to want to get into the game and invest some time. Difficulty curve like a brick wall.
I hated Jericho, Condemned will make you crap your pants so if you get it you might want to sell another game to buy the new pants youll ruin.Tim_Allen

Eh i didn't think FEAR was all that bad in terms of creepiness. Of course it did have those moments while playing in a dark room made you wanna turn the light on lol! Well, i'm gonna download alot of demos tomorrow (jericho, k&l, and crackdown) to see what i'm lookin for. I wish I had some extra cash for BF:BC, gotta wait til next payday.
