Alright so i subscribed to netflix for a month and have been trying to go to the video marketplace to get the activation code but when i select the netflix button the blue screen will come up like its trying to do something, pause for 5-10 seconds, and then go away. I have tried clearing the cache, deleting extra stuff from my hard drive, and even connecting the xbox directly to the router....still nothing, anyone have an idea? By the way i called netflix and they dont know whats going on.
