Return it to Gamestop with your receipt. They will replace it with a new one.Â
I bought a PS3 from Gamestop, splayed it for a week, got bored with it and then returned it before the 7 days were up and got it replaced with a brand new PS3 unopened and then i sold that PS3.
Check the manufacture date on the back of the 360. Did they sell you one they had had forever?
I own all three systems too just like you and I agree with you man. The 360 is the cheaply made and a good number of people have problems with them and are either on their 3rd or 4th systems. I think that's BS. My system I bought used with a warranty and it's been working fine. Not to brag but another factor is some people don't know how to take good care of their systems and either overplay it or install it at a tight space somewhere. I would say Nintendo is the most reliable system than PS than Xbox. Luckily I been having no problems with any of my system's lately. *Knock on wood*. Just try to cover up your system when you're not playing it to prevent dust buildup and try not to play long hours. Take a break or something. I haven't sat and played games for lets say.....4-5 hours straight or anything. From what I can remember only RPGs get me that hooked.
Tough luck. I'd just return it and just stick with the other 2 consoles. I mean, why the hell get a 360 when u've got ps3? They'll both get practically the same games anyway. Hardcore_81
no, just noÂ
lol. This is getting old now.
Â
If you bought a PS3, and it wasn't working from the get-go, you'd just go back to the store and get it replaced, yes? Well do that with your 360. Quit your whining, get off your lazy butt, and go get it replaced.
Â
@Poster who said that PS3 is getting the same games as 360.
Â
No, it's the other way around.Â

if it wont start, you probably didn't plug it in correctly or your outlet sucks or you liecallen3
LoL, doubt he even knows what the plug looks like, the was probally wondering why the outlet's holes didn't have red white or yellow on them -.-
So here's the deal, I bought a 360 last night and go figure its DOA. Now just to let ya know I have all 3 "next gen" systems now, no fan boy crap here. My wii has never locked up, My ps3 has worked just how a 600 dollar machine should PERFECT, yet I drop 400 bucks on a 360 and the thing won't even start. Getting E 68 system error, (aka hard drive failure). If I'm spending this much money one some thing it better #@#$ing work out its @#$@ing box! Once again Microsoft has let me down.Liberty0x2Please stop the negative attention seeking and just return it! I'm on my third 360 since launch 05, never once did I feel it necessary to come in here or any other forum for that matter and whine about it! nor do I hold a grudge against MS for it, I enjoy my third 360 as much as my first!
I don't think people realize the 360 is made by americans, people like homer simpson who just want to make it to the weekend.   While other systems are made by starving children who fear for there life. History has shown which way is better. Can't wait to get a PS3 and not live in fear of a disc read error. RawhideSphinxLETS ALL SUPPORT CHILD LABOUR!!!! WOOOHOOO!!!
um, WOW...its not even a broken xbox, pop out the hard drive, turn on your 360, I BET IT WORKS. So, you may have put the hard drive in wrong, or the hard drive is broken, GET OFF YOUR ARSE AND TAKE IT BACK, takes 15 minutes....

....never been so let down in your life? Get a girlfriend dude.
I bought a paint sprayer to paint my house.. plugged it in didnt work. I bought a fog machine one year for halloween, plugged it in.. didnt work. Guess what, I returned them. Amazing concept. :|Cellien
did you pay 500 dollars for your paint sprayer.
If I bought a fridge and it didn't keep things cold I would not buy from that company again. Interesting concept.
