New Achievement on Bioshock?

About a month ago I saw that there were 51 achievements for my Bioshock game and before that I only had 50. I couldn't find out the 51st achievement on here. Can someone help me out by telling me what to do to get the last achievement? Thanks.

You sure about that? On the achievement description it just says beat the game without using any Vita-Chambers, it doesn't say anything about the hardest difficulty.

I've beaten the game without dieing. I'm not sure if it was on the hardest difficulty or not but nothing happened.

You should have got the achievement if you didn't die (go to any Vita-Chambers).

It is indeed finishing the game on hard with out using vita-chambers. It was added when they released the DLC for the extra tonics, still notgot it. Time for a re-run me thinks would be easy just save loads if you die reload last save.
