new shooters

i used to be really into casual gaming but then got sucked into halo 3 and mlg in particular (www.mlgpro.com for those who think they are good at halo), but i am quickly growing sick of it and particular the overgrown number of extremely arrogant people. so i ask you, the non-competitive gaming community, what is the next big original shooter (not a sequal)coming out for the 360 with good mulitplayer capabilities?

Great game in theory - horrible game in execution. One of the worst net codes for a game I've seen.
