New to Xbox live.. what are some good games for online?

Ok so believe it or not but I'm new to this Xbox live thing just started not too long ago and I want some good games to play online but I dont know what to get. What I already bought were these 3 games but I'm already tired of them already:

Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 1
Grand Theft Auto IV
Street Fighter 4

Can anybody tell me other good games for online? Thanks

Depends, are you able to buy Xbox Live Arcade games? They have some pretty awesome games there.

If not, I can probably suggest some good retail games...

Honestly the best fun i have online is thanks to Battlefield 2 bad company, Modern warfare 2 isn't fun anymore coming from a Call of duty veteran ( I've played all of them even from PC to Xbox 360)

Left 4 Dead 2. Red Faction Guerilla, anything Halo, Shadowrun, GTA 4/EFLC.

Halo reach lol yes it might got 100 people playikng right now guessing but in a week it be 5 million

Definitely pick up Halo Reach, though if you're not looking to shell out on a brand new title, Halo 3 is stupidly cheap now and is always awash with people.

I would wait. Halo Reach in 9 days and Call of Duty Black Ops on Nov 9. Those should keep your attention for a whilePatChampsXXXVI

Yeah I agree with this. It wouldn't hurt to go buy Gears of War 2 though. It can be frustrating at times but it's still pretty enjoyable.

I would get Halo Reach when it comes out next week. Until then, I would get bad company 2.

1. Bad Company 2 for its myriad customization options. Various classes, weaponry, gun attachments and specializations are open to you as you level up. The Conquest maps are vast and allow for multiple routes to the objective. I've played more than 350 hours and I will keep playing for countless more. Only caveat is that there's no actual map packs released yet thought the upcoming Vietnam expansion pack will change all that.

Oh yeah I forgot to add Gears of War to the list of games I have
