Well they don't have movies for any canadians which I find completely retarted... now when looking through the marketplace, xbox live and games blades it takes like 10 seconds for the blades to load and I just tried to play COD 4 and I get disconnected 5 times and it froze every 3 seconds, but it wasn't the xbox freezing since I was still talking to my friend through private chat. So they must have F&*^ED up xbox live...simardbrad

That CoD 4 stuff might be your connection because I just played a couple games without lag

clearing the cache will NOT allow you to redownload the update. The system updates are stored in flash, not the HDD. game updates is what you will end up clearing.
