Yipes! My friend knocked over my 360 and it landed on it's HDD, it died. But BioShock was inside of my 360 and it got all sorts of scratched (1st Disc Scratch).. so do what I am going to do, buy a new copy or a USED copy and swap the Discs and Return it.

But I thought that once you opened a game they would only exchange it for the same title? Unless you get it from Costco where they give you your money back no questions asked. I got my 360 from Costco for that very reason.
If you get it used Gamestop will allow any returns or swap for games for upto 7 days.. It's kinda like a blockbuster except free, thats if you get a refund instead of exhanging.
