Oblivion dlc or Fallout?

In case you don't know all Oblivion dlc is half price on Marketplace for a week (save horse armor which is 2x). I'm thinking about buying the dlc or Fallout 3? I'm leaning towards Fallout but I'm not sure what do you guys think?

Fallout 3... I love Oblivion... but the DLC doesn't have nearly as much content as a whole new game...

I think my problem is just that they are both very good. I enjoy Oblivion's larger world but Fallout seems just as vibrant albeit smaller

I was in fact referring to either or not one piece of dlc in paticular

don't get operation anchorage unless you wanna pay $10 for an hour and a half of gameplay
