I hate when people give you tips without explaining how to do it, anyway, the store a couple of doors next to The Best Deffense at the imperial city that sells mystic stuff should have a grand soul gem or two every week, though i dont see why you want to cure the vampirism, the detect life/night vision spell is pretty good and useful.

The dupe thing doesnt work anymore... patch fixed that a while back.
You can usually buy them from ppl at the various mages guilds. If you buy them and wait a few days, they sometimes get new ones but that takes too long so just buy as many as you can and then look for them in the game. I know there is one at the house where you take the ingredients and soul gems to... Drakelowe I think it's called... with the old woman... it's in the basement... through the fireplace. Chorrol mages guild has 2 as well.... but they are locked up in display cases so you need to steal them at night when they're asleep.
