ill probaly buy this game as i was able to play the demo up to 10 times while i was downloading other demos (LIKE BIOSHOCK) and like 4 on hardboiled i couldnt imgine how many times i could play on the real game but the multiplayer is really going to sell it for me it seems pretty mediocore and if it is im not getting it
The demo was pretty good and the action was cool but I can sense that the entire game might become repetitive with just diving and shooting things above enemies heads to kill them. I mean it's basically just a series of open areas where enemies keep pouring out, it's like a survival mode of some game. It's pretty fun, but doesn't surpass something like Max Payne. I'll rent it, but with all the games coming out this fall, I won't buy it. I'm happy that they released a demo so now I know not to buy it.
It was better than i expeacted the destruction and the enemy reactions where great also it felt like i was in a movie and every thing else was just ok our better also the frame rate was pretty good
The SMG's are in the last encounter of the demo. They're down the stairs to the left, by the pillars. They are behind a wooden fence you have to blast through. I'm definitely going to buy it, but I'm a big fan of Hard Boiled, so I was sold as soon as they said I could play as Tequila!
In the first showdown, shooting the first gas tank next to the first guy then watching him SLAM into the cement collumn is hilarious and awesome.Pwnager

From the video they show you at the end of the demo you can tell it won't be all repetitive. Then again it's just a demo so i can see why it would make you think this way because basically you shot anyone that moved.
The one thing you're forgetting is that it's a John Woo game, what did you expect? an RPG? It's nothing but stylish and mindless shooting action. I'll be getting this for sure now.
I loved the demo, played through it 4 times already. I wasnt going to buy this before i played the demo, but im really excited for it now. If the multiplayer is good, then its a must buy for me. The best part is precision aim, it so much fun. But, when a guy gets shot in the face, he should die right away and not hold it in pain!

The game was really a pleasant surprise. The first person follow the bullet thing was more than cool looking. It was fun! This game is cool and fun which is a rare combo. Definite rent.
