Does anybody here find offline co-op important in a shooter? It seems like online gaming is taking over every game and sometimes becoming too important that they miss out on some things. It's so fun having a buddy over on your couch and work together to beat the game. My friends (or even relatives) dont have 360, so offline co-op is important in my gaming library.

Anybody else feel the same? Or is online gaming becoming so popular it only exercises online multiplayer?

I think every game should have both :) best of both worlds. I also think some Devs are loosing there creative touch, it seems like every time i play some games it just feels so old and over done, they need to use there noodles lol

also "If you read this and thought it was part of my post, think again." errrr you got me!!

Well I really want to. Problem is buying the wirless networking device for 100$, or making people trip with wires and cables all over the house.

No form of offline multiplayer is important to me. I live in a house by myself and have nobody to game with locally. Xbox Live is where I want coop.

Offline is definatly a must, me and my brother had hundreds of hours of fun on the Halo games. Also two people can play the xbox at the same time, how is that not good. Share the Love

I just bought GRAW mostly to play co-op with my brother offline. I will play online, too, but the offline was important to me.

Quick note: If any of you bungie developers forget to put in Offline Co-op and MP in Halo3 I'll do my worst. WHICH IS, not buy the game
