Those codes give you a year's membership. It doesn't matter what console you use them on. They will work with an account on a 360.

Yes. Not many people play original xbox games online any more. Halo 2 still has quite a lot of players. I suppose Burnout 3 will too since it's on the xbox originals download list. You'd just have to try the game and hope for the best.
