the only games during this generation and last generation of consoles that deserve a perfect 10 are halo1, metroid prime 1, and super mario galaxy, metroid prime 3..
if they released Tony Hawk 3 on xbox live i would give it a ten, j/k but really I wouldn't give anything a ten but i think the best game this year as far as single player goes was bioshock and multiplayer was call of duty 4but im not going to give either a ten.
I don't think there is a game that is a perfect 10 out there on any sytem. If you give out a 10 it had better be flawless and have enormous replay value and a great story. I don't see one with all these running perfectly at once imho.

It's bad. I got the game before it was officially released - the Collector's Edition. I was all hyped up to play it because I was the biggest Morrowind fan. But boy, I was let down. Oblivion is unplayable without mods. There's nothing fun, interesting, or epic about it. The main quest is ~5 hours long and most side quests offer insignificant awards. Lockpicking is a broken skill - and there's a lot less skills than there were in Morrowind. Not only that, but the skills were all less fleshed out in Oblivion.
You can beat Oblivion's arena, main quest, and all subquests without having to level up once. The game is broken.
I don't think any game should be called "perfect" because just like no people are perfect no games are perfect. The 10 should be AWESOME or INCREDIBLE not perfect.
well i have probably most of the games that were rated 8-9.6 (xbox 360)on gamespot, and i would have to say dead rising would be a perfect 10, and if u guys got a problem against that i dont really care.
The only game i think that desearves a 10 is LOZOOT, no 360 game comes close unless you count BC games, then you could make an argument for the ORIGINAL halo.

on the 360, COD 4 is easily the best i've played with Mass Effect 2nd. only 9/10 games for differing reasons though.Haven't even got round to taking OB out the box yet
Bioshock is one of two games I have played in the past year that have come close to a perfect 10 - and it might very well have a perfect 10 in my book by the time I finish it.

That's retarded. Of course there are a few select games that deserve a perfect 10. IDK if you know exactly how scoring systems work, but a perfect 10 does not mean that the game has absolutely no flaws and is 100% perfect and could never be better. It means that it is innovative and extremely close to perfection. The only games that I've ever played that have deserved it are Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Final Fantasy VII. Other games have come near, but aren't quite there.
