PES 2008 Lag problems

I hope this problem is down to first day teething problems. When playing online there is so much lag that is hard to follow the ball whenever the opponent has the ball. It will be great if this problem is fixed or a patch released, whatever. Its just that this is my only problem with an otherwise great game (imo). Does anyone have any thoughts on why xbox live is having problems with this game? Any opinions greatly appreciated, thanks.

The problem is with the network coding of the game, not Xbox Live. Maybe Konami could fix this with a patch.

Gears has horrible bullet lag, but Halo 3 is very smooth with no lag. So a lot of it depends on the network coding by the developer.

PES 2008 is on the desk right now, PES 06 all the way till Konami get the lag sorted for the 360. Many people are complaining about the PS3 and ignoring the problem exists on other platforms... btw XBOX LIVE rocks ( & i am an avid PC GAMER) :-).lionelsd
