It depends on the kind of racing your into. If your more into a racer with lots of action but unrealistic, then burnouts your thing. PGR 4 feels exactly like a real car. Id reccommend burnout from my likeings though.
I am definitely going to pick up PGR4. I won't get it right now because I have quite a few games that I want to beat 1st. I have Forza 2 and while it's a really good game, it take ALOT more skill to play as it is truely a very realistic simulation. You have to actually break and drive like in a real car. So, it's both good and bad in that regard. But, I like Forza 2. I just had more fun with the PGR4 Demo. I am thinking of picking up PGR3 since it's so cheap now.
PGR4 is EASILY the best arcade racer... but if you're into racing simulation, you're going to want to pick up Forza 2. If you're REALLY into racing, get both of those... they're both excellent racing games. Anything else is a B-lister by comparison.
