No vita chambers, no quest markers and difficulty set to hard, any tips you can offer?

Bioshock as a series, is a pretty easy game on its Hardest difficulty. I would suggest you to make a strategic use of your plasmids and tonics. Two fully upgraded weapons happens as well - shotgun being one of them.
