Make different choices a second time around? use different perks? even pick the opposite sex of your first character?

up to you, you could end up making it a completely different experience.

I think this is a personal decision! :) I didn't play through it again, I didn't really feel the need.

I liked it but i put 30 hours in and spent 1600 on Broken Steel & Operation Anchorage then got rid of it. Got boring imo.

Although i love the game i did not play through it again, and i did not trade it in. I think i will play it again sometime though.

It depends on if you want to or not. If you make the complete opposite decisions then the gameplay should be completely different. And if you want more achievements if you havent got all them l

Well Bethesda put in the original level cap to encourage you to play through again, and honestly my second and third playthroughs were my favorites. I would definitely do it over again. Make a different character/different choices.
