ok after many frozen screens my 360 finally stopped working. i got 3 red rings. what do they mean? i bought the 360 from gamestop with a 1 year product replacement plan. i dont know what to do. will they give me a new 1 if i just tell them it broke and give them receipt and replacement form?
The 3 red lights is a hardware error. Gamestop will replace it and anything else you want replaced but you can only replace it once and from then on you have to send it to microsoft.

What do you mean "just once". I thought Gamestop and EB games were together now. I got mine from EB games with the one year warrenty. When I brought back my first 360 they gave me a new one, no questions asked and then you have to pay again for another 1 year warrenty. I had to do this twice and now im hoping my 3rd 360 will last longer than 4 months.
hey when you brought back your stuff what did you bring back and what did they give you? if you got the pro xbox they give you a brand new pro? and did you have to bring it back in original box with hd, controller, etc.?

I kept my hard drive, controller,and cables. I just walked in with the 360 and the power brick and my reciept. They gave me a new 360 (without a hard drive of course) and the power brick. I supposed they would change out the controller to, but I didnt need to.
