you can already get Portal and TF2 on steam as separate products, i believe. But there was talk in late January of EA releasing stand alone versions of Portal and TF2 for PC. Since these will most likely be budget priced, i wouldn't expect to see stand alone copies anywhere outside of Steam until the Orange Box sales dip.

Unfortunately none of this will find its way to the 360.
I love to read the writings of people who are so certain something will never happen only to find out mere months later that it will, in fact, happen. I know this forum is pretty old, and it's been news for a while now, but in case you forgot, or never heard: Portal: Still Alive for Xbox 360 via Xbox LIVE arcade.
