My powerbrick for some odd reason stopped working. I tried it on my friend's 360 and it made the 360 get red lights. Then when we tried his powerbrick it worked fine. When you turn the 360 on the powerbrick light blinks red and green. So my question is can I buy a new one at a retail store such as Gamestop, Best Buy, etc. I dont want to send it to Microsoft because I dont want to wait for the whole box process. I searched on the sites but found nothing.

best buy deifinately had one, and when i got the RRoD christmas 2007 i bought the brick and returned it after a week or so when i recieved my new brick. that was then and now i find lately they are like the KGB on returns, i tried to return my controler and they tried telling me since it was a white one they cant tell if it came with my console or i bought one.

i battled with them for an hour and got a new controller, i know its there job to deter scams but seriously its like the USSR of returns. Try walmart their return policy is like no questions asked and they just chuck it in a bin and the worst you will get is store credit and since they sell everything you can always find something to buy.
