RS:V is the best online experience for the 360 bar none. It does have clan support but it's not as fleshed out as some games. For example, in BF2:MC you could actually form a clan in the game and choose clan battles through the (admittedly clunky) interface. In RS:V you can have clan initials and then basically just meet up with your clan online and fight other clans. But there's no way to actually set up an official clan lobby / clan tournament or whatever. For that, you need to use websites like Gamebattles.com for ladders and so on.Â
It is the best 360 FPS by far and recaptures that old fun Counter-Strike feel in a better overall package.
