I got Rainbow Six Vegas 2 as a present one day, but i haven't really played the original one, and I am not sure whether or not to keep it or to change it for something else. What do u all think, is it worth keeping, or can I get something better?

it's more or less a preferance thing. I find Vegas a much better FPS online. If you dont play online id get your money back and wait for Ninja Gaiden 2 in a few weeks... booya.. I personally rather play vegas online then Halo 3 or COD 4... im probley gonna get threats for saying that. Both good games, I just seem to loose interest faster with those two.Special_8
Lol dont worry, I have both those games, and I am cool with u talking about them (P.S.: I like Halo 3 over COD 4 by a bit)

If you like FPS Tactical shooters, that is duck and cover, and not run and gun, then yeah you'll love this game. I loved it. I rate it a 9.5/10 and I also played the first one and rated it the same. ACES system, character customization, unlockable items, and the multiplayer will give you tons of replayability. Not to mention, Terrorist Hunt Co-op with 3 of your friends or random people on XBL. The single player campaign alone makes it a must buy. I have nothing awful to say about this game. Pick it up.
I would also keep it, I love it as well.....the only thing I am going to say, is if you love halo, which you say you do...be careful about going back and forward between the two.
After playing COD 4 for a few days, when I went back to Vegas, it took me an hour or so to get back on my feet....it is a MUCH slower paced game, which I love
I did not play the first one either, however, I am enjoying RSV2 immensely...definitely a keeper in my eyes:PMsCortana
long time no see Cort, how are ya :D
Vegas 2 is a keeper. But if you're thinking about getting rid of it, maybe you should look at some other games and see if something appeals to you more.
I mean if you haven't already ripped the game open, you must not be dying to play it. Maybe your interest is elsewhere.

Yeah, this game is definitely a keeper. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after much debate I purchased it and thoroughly pleased with it thus far.it's more or less a preferance thing. I have to agree with Special. If you have LIVE Vegas is a fun game. R6V2 does require a little more stealth than Halo or CoD, so it depends on your gaming preference. I enjoy Vegas online more than Halo or CoD. Haha, and I feel that my gaming skills are worse online with Vegas.
