recommendations for 360 horror game

so im looking for a new horro game to play. i never got to play FEAR, or the condemned games. are these any good? are there any others out that i dont know about or about to come out?

You can get Condemned 2 at Gamestop right now for 30, and get Alone in the Dark at the end of the month.

Personally I think FEAR sucked, and I also dont like Dead Rising very much at all either.

as for now F.E.A.R. and the pack that contains its two sequels is the best thing out, but WAIT!! not long untill re5 hits shelves (thats a must buy game regardless of what genre you prefer) and dead space is supposed to be coming out nearer the end of the year- although maybe not a must buy yet...
