Hey guys. I turned on my Xbox 360 without the sound on and left it on intending to get on later.(I use my 360 and PC on the same monitor.) I proceeded to play Starcraft 2 on my monitor for about 20 minutes or so when I looked up and see the three red lights of death flashing along with the green power button. I was shocked so I turned off the console and restarted it. After I did...everything was fine? It booted and Xbox Live started up. WTF? Does it normally do that? What should I do? Thanks.

But there was no power surge. I'm afraid it will go for the full-blown death in the near future. : (

hmm well in my knowledge i would take an estimated guess it threw the 3 red lights for a reason ...basicly meaning its getting too hot for one of the main prossesors .....when did you buy th box? if its over 3 years old it could be due for one :/ .....also if its on carpet or standing up or even in a closed in space thatswarm its open to death but maybe not gl man
