There might already be a thread about this, but I did not see it. Anyways, this topic is about resident evil 5's story mode.. Now if you clicked this, you probably played resident evil 4, and loved it right? I DID! I thought the best part about resident evil 4 was the story mode. It just wouldn't end! There was always something new along the way! Thats what I loved about it. The cut scenes were epic, and overall the game was just an amazing horrific adventure. Resident evil 4, for me at least, was not only a game, it was an experience.

Having that said, is resident evil 5's story mode going to be awesome just like RE4s?! (YES I watched IGN'S video review, and they didn't talk about the length of the story mode that much)

The reason I am wondering is because resident evil 4's story mode was huge... I mean huge. The first time I played it, it took me about 2-3 months! So do you guys think resident evil 5's story mode is going to have that same awesome experience resident evil 4 did for us? I sure hope so...

I am aware that the game isn't out yet for some of us, but if you do have it, feel free to leave a comment or just post your thoughts.

Lol. I was like 12... (literally) and I didn't rush through it. It took me about 25 hours to complete it.

It took me 10 hours to beat RE:4 the first time. 6 hours the second =P 4 hours the third XD That game was so good, it warranted 3 play throughs =D I hope RE:5 has the same effect

Unless I'm mistaken, they gave it an 8.7 right?

it varies depending on who is playing. I hope it has more variety with the enemies though. I am playin RE4 for the first time and the enemies kinda get repetitive. I mean how many times can I shoot the same character model granny in the face??? hahaha
