If you look closely there is. There is a tab that says Free Content

Plus, a Dashboard redesign is a lot of work, and something unpractical for the life of the Xbox 360. If anything, these ideas might be used for the next generation console. What would be the point in changing it now? It's not broken (severely), so don't fix it. All they have to do is take out the ads/shortcuts on the majority of my blades...
