RISEN - GOTHIC successor?

Anyone think RISEN looks like GOTHIC's successor? I mean even the title font looks similar :roll:

Anyhow I'm a great fan of GOTHIC I & II... Heard too much problems with GOTHIC III to even buy.

Starting a clean slate perhaps? On this platform would be most welcomed :D

The pc demo reminded me a bit of gothic.

Gothic 3 became good after a decent number of fan patches.

The 360 version of Risen apparently has very many technical issues... it has a 57% average review score... not good.

It's a goosd game, but has many of the same priblems that the Gothic series had. If you dig Gothic, you'll dig Risen. It's awesome.
