I'm sure this is fake but from someone who works in multimedia production, you ALWAYS makes the box/art before the product is complete due to printwork taking far longer in manufacturing that disk stamping (about 4 weeks for printwork).

It's a fake. It's a picture from deviantart. Someone obviously just printed it out and stuck it in a case. The game would also have a subtitle like every other GTA game. Liberty City, Vice city, San Andreas etc.Tamashii-sosaku

the box art is so fake, ya know how i can tell, every picture is a copy of something or someone else or previous gta's. the boat is gta vice city, the helicopter from gta 3, the girl is nearly identical to elisha cuthbert, the guy with 3 fingers holding cards with sunglasses is definetly franky 4 fingers from Snatch, its an exact copy (Snatch is a movie directed by guy ritchie, google it if ur interested.)

Yes... even if you didn't print them all up, you'd at least have the designs on disk somewhere.
