So I was unable to pick up my preorder copy of skyrim today as my games that I wanted to trade in were apparently too scratched and my parents wont pay me the cash they owe to me. Anyway do you know a way to romove scratches from games, preferably home methods.

How did you scratch multiple games? Mine are all scratch free. Anyway, I don't know any home methods. I've heard some movie rentals can apply this kind of gel to the disc to fill up the scratches. It might fix it. You'd have to buy it though and have no idea what it's called.

The guy at the store said they got scratched because my 360 was on wood which makes vibrations. 3 or 4 of the games were barely scratched so it might of been the fact that 20 other people were trying to buy skyrim and I would waste them time. Anyway a friend of mine owns a couple of video stores, maybe they can fix it.

Mines on wood too, but 360's have known to make scratches. Were they circular scratches? Definitely from the xbox then.

Some had circular scratches and other just lots of tiny scratches, none are unplayable though.

There really isn't any technique to remove the scratches. Happens to me all the time.
