Pretty much online only yes. Unless you want to play with bots forever. No story line or Campaign.

 

And no it does not cost extra to play online. You just need Xbox Live Gold

Yeah, getting that achievement was AWESOME.  Plus there's even a rumored Tea-Bagging achievement lol, although I tried it without success.

YAY! shadowrun is an awsome new type of game, there is more tactics to use while u combine guns and magic, plus the variety will keep you entertained for a long time =))))) shadowrun all the way
