Is there ever going to be a price drop for Shivering Isles? I have nothing really to do on Oblivion, since I got all the achievments. Do/When you think there is going to be a price drop?
I don't think there will be one seeing as it is an expansion that has a physical disc for PC gamers. So unless the expansion on PC price drops I wouldn't expect the one of Live to drop anytime soon. Yeah it is kind of ridiculous.
I don't think I've seen any content for a 360 game drop in price or become free if it didn't start that way. Honestly, I think that when the PC version of the expansion gets cheaper, the XBL version will still cost what it does today.

That's exactly why I never buy things off of XBL. It's more expensive than the exact same product for another system and even once it gets old there aren't ever any price drops. I don't support M$ that way.

Actually, the price for Chapter 2 for GRAW was halfed when GRAW 2 came out. Also, the Mehrunes Razor pack for Oblivion was free for about a week around Christmas time.
I, too, am hoping for a price drop. I read that a level 35 character can get through Shivering Isles in about 12 hours. Thats a big difference from the 30 - 40 hours that was promised. Sure, I could start over with a new character, but I like my character alot and I've spent many hours leveling up.
Maybe once/if the game comes out on a disc there might be a price drop after it's been out for awhile, but I doubt the one off of XBL will ever go down in price.
