Rent Gears 2, you can finish campaign in a rental, and even have time to try Horde/Multiplayer.
Fallout 3 is amazing, but I don't suggest renting it, you wont have enough time. The game can be rushed in 10-15 hours, but the side quests are rewarding...My first playthrough was about 30 hours, and I'm ready to start again and try being evil this time.
