I know that most of you are going to say just wait for the 360 version but convince me not to go buy it for the PS3.

It has voice chat, and adding a integer to another is hardly cause not to buy something. Might as well buy it on the 360 tho if it supports user content.teebeenz
I am pretty sure I read a review that said the chat sytem wasn't working for the ps3 version. myabe they fixed it. Would suck to play a shooter with out it.

Man, the more I read the more I want a PS3...hehehe
Don't know what to say man. I play it constantly for my PS3, and having access to the mods makes all the difference in the world. I don't see any reason to wait, but if you want it for the 360 then just wait. There aren't many details known yet about the 360 version, especially about the mod scene, but if you think it's worth waiting for the just wait.
The online is excellent, the controller is great for it. You can use a keyboard and mouse, and have access to all of the mods. I didn't wait and I'm glad I didn't. Excellent game in every way.
Is Ut3 even that fun?

most old skool ut99 players will say it sucks.
most old skool cs players will say cs:s sucks.
most old skool rainbow six players will say r6v sucks.
most old skool halo players will say halo 3 sucks.
most old skool quake players will say quake 4 sucks.
point is, if someone says theyve been playing games of the series for a long time, chances are high that they will say that the lastest interation sucks. i guess part of being human is being uncomfortable with change.
i didnt actually answer your question though, but your best bet is to decide on your own based on previews.
