Oblivion is one of the few games I will probably never sell. Every once in a while I get a hankering for it and play for an hour or so, picking a spot on the map, and then just walking that direction, discovering caves and such.
For some really I truly hated this game. I tried multiple times and just couldn't force myself to trudge through it. On the other hand, I love Fallout 3.
Can you get Fallout without playing the first two? Because I hear its a good game but I dont wanna miss out on some epic storyline/gameplay. When Halo 3 came out I went and bought 1 & 2 before I started playing 3
You'll like Shivering Isles...it's a fun and interesting extension. Plus the amber armor you can get (and most other items) can be brought back into the normal world.
yea, u can get fallout 3 without having to worry about playing the first 2. the point of the game is to create a post apocalyptic world, with a different storyline. i have all 3 and there is no connection at all between Fallout 1/2 and Fallout 3

I don't have the third one yet, but I am pretty sure this is true.
That stupid find 20 of three flowers penalty from the mages guild killed it for me. Then the close four oblivion gates was very boring because i had one of the long and confusing gates. Overall i just got sick of it.
This was one of my favorite games of all time and I absolutely loved playing it, but I've traded it in to gamestop and don't regret it. It is an amazing game, but once you've played through it every possible way, the game has nothing left to offer you. I can't wait to get Fallout 3.
I still play Oblivion. However, with some better releases, I haven't played much Oblivion lately. Gears 2, Fallout 3, and Dead Space are taking up a lot of time. Oblivion still remains one of the greatest games I've played. I may get away from playing Oblivion sometimes and play other games, but I know that I'll eventually return to Cyrodiil ;) The one thing I haven't done in Oblivion has been to collect 100 ninroots for that quest (first 10, then 20, etc..)
I have played it far too long and I can't get in it again but I wouldn't dare selling it. The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind is still my favorite game ever and I played it again on the 360 so I'l play Oblivion again. Fallout 3 was a bit of a disappointment but I can't wait for The Elder Scrolls 5: Sumerset. (atleast that's where I think it will take place)
id love to, i have a lvl 28 or so char with 100 in every stat (except for personality) awesome gear, and as soon as i finished the shivering isles i kinda moved onto another game, i wanna go back to it, but i dont have the time
I'm really thinking of getting back into Oblivion because I'm thinking of getting one of those point cards so I can get the expansion thats on the marketplace.
Oblivion is my favorite game ever. I'm very careful about which game I give that superlative to. A Link to the Past held that place for many, many, many years. There are many other games that I have a ton of fun with, but I still pop in Oblivion fairly frequently.
I still have the game, but I haven't finished it yet. Came across the Harlun's watch bug on the Fighters Guild questline that p**sed me right off so I haven't touched it since. I keep thinking about putting it in and starting with a new character to finish off the main quest.
:lol: nice, "Gold Brand" Sword is better ;) as for me i love oblivion hell i love morrowind. so im playing through both of em. but oblivions graphics/physics are always good on the eyes...

I haven't played it in a while thanks to all the sweet games that recently came up but I plan on finishing the quests from the 2 expansion packs. I finished the main quest and got my 1000 achievement points but i wanna get all 1250!
I just finished Oblivion and will never play through it again. It's a great game and everything, but I sure don't have the time for many games like that anymore. It took me two and a half years to beat (I wasn't playing it consistently, not to mention the various bugs and other problems I had with it), and I am relieved that I am done. If I even give Fallout a try, it will be in a year or so.

i've not been on it since i've got fallout 3 but i can see my self on it now and then even after completing the achievemnts

Exactly how i rolled, the problem was, i would of loved to keep it, but i had to sellf it, i was to addicted, i bought it back once and sold it, and then borrowed a freinds cause i need my fix. never played a game with that kinda hold on me. Only good thing about the experience is i was still in highschool and had nothing goin on besides, hockey, and partying.
