With every popular game there are going to be the ones who hate it. Some hate it because it's just not the game for them and some hate it solely because it's a popular game. Because their "beloved battle rifle and sniper rifle" actually takes skill now. They loved Halo 2 because it took no skill, but hate Halo 3 because it takes too much skill.

And CoD4 isn't garbage, but I agree that it gets TOO much praise. The online just isn't that fun. Now CoD2's online was the best.
