...still no RROD

Just wondering, how often does RROD come around on average? I've had my 360 since christmas, and no problems so far. I play tons of demos and stuff and my console is upright and still no signs of it.

Just curious.

Just depends on how often you use it I spose, and different generations of Xbox

I also recomend laying it down, stand up gives you MORE of a chance for RROD

I bought my 360 december 2007, and it gave me my first rrod in september, then it took 2 weeks to get it back, then it took 2 weeks to get rrod again, and now im waiting for it to come back.

I always take good care of my things, so its not my fault, just microsofts lousy repairs and hardware inside the 360.

don't have a 360 anymore, but may buy one after xmas - simply for fable 2.

i had my first one from march 2008 to june 2008.. then it died from the RROD. The shop replaced it and then that one lasted 3 months before it no longer read disks. at this point i gave up.

To answer your question, there is no set date, and if it hasn't happened yet, you're in good shape for it to last for a while
