1-What is the best way to stream with the 360? Windows media center, tversity, or other

I also have a ps3, which I use tversity with.

I would say Tversity. It works great and has a nice interface. Plus if you get the pro version (it's free) you can stream from your hulu queue.

I just put the files into the appropriate "my documents" folder (ie. my videos, my music) and made the folders shared. Then just go to my video on xbox and you will see the computer folder. Easiest way as long as you put the files in the right folder.
