Suggestions for new game to pick up

I'm trying to pick up a new game to play because I've been playing Halo online alot but I am looking for something new to play with my roommate. I want something with a good story or something that is multiplayer and will take more than a few hours to finish. We've played through Resident Evil 5 about 4 times. I've been toying with the idea of getting Street Fighter 4 but then with prototype coming out and infamous out on the ps3 there are some good options. Please let me know what you guys are thinking.

I would recommend the new Red Faction MP demo. Its fun and new. And if you like that u can buy it when it comes out.

mass effect, oblivion and bioshock are one of the best games on 360, also orange box is really good, it has team fortress classic, portal and half life episode 1, episode 2 and half life 2

I own Resident Evil 5 already and I had Oblivion, Mass Effect and Bioshock and I really enjoyed Bioshock until the ending. That was one of the worst final boss battles I have ever played. I didn't even die once during that battle. Prototype does look pretty awesome and I'm really leaning toward that. My cousin suggested Dead Rising plus that is only $20.
