Tenchu Z =bad game people giving good reviews are making people waste there 60$!

The Bad:Some of the worst AI you'll ever see; missions are repetitive; combat is lousy; most levels can be beaten by simply running right through them.

I agree. I try to sneak through every single mission and level 5 it. In some missions you actually do have to stay hidden, or it's mission over.

I am glad I picked it up. I saw the 4.9 review before I bought it, so I knew what I was getting myself into. It is such a horribly flawed disaster in most aspects, but it's like crack, and I can't wait to get the next hit.

yea the game sucks, but you gotta remember that most games suck....the reviews on the other hand i just dont get...i hvae seen 8s and that doesnt make any sence...but remember....Perfect Dark 0 got a 9 from gamespot....that game is a 7.5 if ive ever seen onekambion313

This game is truly only for hardcore fans! I cant understand how anyone could think this is entertainment, people giving 9.0-10.0's are getting so many reccomendations for there reviews i just dont understand why. Im sorry I wasnt playing the old Tenchus, but I still dont see any great signifigance in this game. The missions are very repetitive, maybe the people who gave the games good reviews only played the first few levels, because the other 47 will be the same through. So you are saying that the game was so terrible and yet, still you played through all 50 levels. There had to be something good there. I gave the game a fair review. The game is good and its fun, I didnt give it a 9 or 10 not even a 8. People are just giving their opinions nobody can make you go buy it. You act like you never paid for a game that it turns out that you didnt really like too much. It happens get over it.

What you are saying makes no sense: For one thing, people are not going to give a game a 10 if they didnt really enjoy it just out of spite. It just happens that they love the game. Second these forums are all about stating opinions so if someone post a forum about a game that they think sucks, a person who likes it is naturally going to speak out. (what do you think they aregoing to do). Finally, nobody is ever stuck with a game. You may take a loss but you are never stuck with a game. That whole remark you made was just not well thought out. So you have played all 50 levels to know that the other 47 are no good? Seems to me that people are welcome to try the demo or rent the game and as for the 9.0 and 10's I think allot of that is to offset the just as ridicules 1's and 2's.

Dude, different strokes for different folks. Take the movie, Norbit for example... it could be any movie really. That movie got horrible reviews across the board, but theres a lot of people out there who probably loved it (not me, never saw it... just an example). Some people will want to go out and buy the DVD when it's available. My point is, reviews are a personal opinion, and that's it.

Some people knowingly checked out the review and went out and bought it anyway. Many people don't care about game reviews and don't let that base how much fun they're going to get out of a game. A lot of them are enjoying it and could care less what people like you think. Let them be.

Thank you!!!!! To add to that I keep seeing people saying things like only trust proffessional reviews and not the ones of random people. The people from gamespot are just gamers like us but they expext a lot out of these games so they have to be tough on them. A game could be fun as**** but if there are a bunch of small flaws, it will get a low score but for all you know they could be sitting at home playing the game saying " I had to give this a bad review for the technicalities but it is fun" you never know. The only real opinion to trust is your own. And shout out to Jacksheets, I see you in these forums all the time and you really put things in perspective.

i dont think meny games are woth 60$ in all reality i mean hell i could buy a game for the 360 and one for the pc both are the exact same...but the pc one is 39.99 and the 360 one is 59.99 make sence? no it dosnt but i know there are a bunk of bumbs out there that will find sence in that im sure there are there allways are.... Heck if microsoft increased the subscription to 30bucks a month there would be people saying there just doing it to make it better for us lolCDWJUSTIN

ehhh, i don't like people like that. I hate CRITICS, and people that review games, those are THERE opionons, Ya it got a 4.9 by gamespot reviewers, so what, maybe we the people actually like it. Don't ALWAYS go by the stupid reviews

QFT! I still play Tenchu on PS2, and it has the same flaws. I'll be playing this game until the next Tenchu comes out, and even after that. I think he was praising DiRT, and it's halfbaked online. DiRT is fun, but it won't be a game I'll play after I beat it.

Its about the same for all those who say "Halo is the best!" etc etc. its all personal preference.

Anyway, yeah we know its not the greatest. But i think it does have substance 4.9 was a pathetic review. He reviewed jack crap about it.

YES teh levels can be repetative.

YES the graphics are not the best in the world

NO the gamplay is not boring because there are many things to buy and earn during the course of the game.

NO The combat system isent clunky. The guy probably just wasnt used to it or flat out WAS NOT GOOD AT IT. He was probably expecting it to be along the lines of Ninja gaiden combat. It is NOT supposed to be that fast.

NO It is not a shallow game. As i said before It has some replay value, with the co op multiplayer (though short with 4 players i admit.. i try to keep it to a 2 ninja squad) Its pretty fun, hidden items and the like. I think its rather impressive. Though certainly not at the TOP of my preferences. I do not believe the game should be overlooked.
